Shipping policy
As a general rule, MYPHAGES shipping policy includes:
- Order processing times. After an order is placed, please allow 1-3 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 1-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
- Domestic and international shipping options. During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. If you choose "Standard Shipping with Tracking" or "Expedited Delivery" shipping service when your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. Otherwise, you will be unable to track the order. "Expedited Delivery" shipping service takes 7-10 business days (not included customs clearance time).
- Shipping costs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We also offer free worldwide shipping for all orders above $250. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. MYPHAGES is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and is your responsibility as the customer.
- Packaging & shipping. All products are packed safely, without any cooling options. We DO NOT offer temperature-controlled packaging and shipping service.
- Returns, changes, and cancellations. We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. Your order may be subject to return because of any reason (Incorrect or incomplete address, Customs refusal, Local legal restrictions, etc.). MYPHAGES is not responsible for these events and it is the responsibility of the customer. Once we prepare orders for shipment, we are unable to accept changes or cancellations.
- Potential service interruptions. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control. (Customs clearance, National and international holidays, Weather anomalies, etc.)
- Lost packages. In case of any lost packages, we will reship the order.
