Composition
1 g of ointment contains heparin sodium -65 I, prednisolone acetate -2,233 mg, polidocanol-30 mg.
Excipients: solid paraffin, adhesive paraffin, anhydrous lanolin, silicon dioxide.
1 candle contains: heparin sodium-120 I, prednisolone acetate-1,675 mg, polidocanol-30 mg.
Excipients: Magliol 812, silicon dioxide, Novat B, glycerol tristearate.

Description
Ointment: Yellowish-white semi-transparent, jelly-like ointment with a characteristic odor.
Candle: white, stick-shaped; A homogeneous white candle at the break.

Pharmacological action
Combined drug. Heparin-direct-acting anticoagulant, when used topically, has local antithrombotic, antioxidant and moderate anti-inflammatory action; Promotes connective tissue regeneration; Prevents blood clotting in hemorrhoidal nodules. Prednisolone-glucocorticoid has anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative and anti-allergic action, reduces inflammation and accompanying subjective events (itching, burning, pain) in the anorectal area. Polidocanol has a local anesthetic effect and provides sclerosing of hemorrhoidal nodules.

Usage
External and internal hemorrhoids.
Posterior venous thrombophlebitis.
Fistulas, eczema and itching around the anus.

Contraindications
Hypersensitivity, bacterial, viral, fungal lesions of the skin, tuberculosis, syphilis; Skin tumors, pregnancy (I trimester), reactions to the vaccine; Prone to bleeding.

Method of use and dosage
Externally, the ointment is applied to the affected areas in a thin layer 2-4 times a day; After the pain sensations disappear — once a day for 7 days.
Rectally, suppositories are injected 1-2 times a day into the rectum after defecation. To insert the ointment, a screw end is used, which is inserted into the rectum cavity and a small amount of ointment is released by light pressing on the tube.

Side effects
Allergic reactions, skin hyperemia. Systemic side effects may develop with prolonged use and/or application to large surfaces.

Special instructions
Applying a large amount on the damaged skin or mucous membranes slows down the regeneration processes.

Release form
20 g of ointment in an aluminum tube with a plastic screw cap. The tube crack is protected by an aluminum membrane. The roof is a monolithic construction, has the ability to pierce the membrane. Tube with screwing and instructions for use in a cardboard box.
Rectal suppositories. 5 candles in contour pvc-packaging. 2 contour pvc-packaging with instructions for use in a cardboard box.

Shelf life: 3 years.
Cannot be used after the expiration date indicated on the package.

Storage conditions
Store at a temperature of 15-25ºC, out of reach of children.
