LARIFAN SPRAY

Pharmacological group:  Antiviral agent, immunomodulator 

Pharmacological action:  The active ingredient of " LARIFAN  SPRAY   0.02%" is a bifurcated ribonucleic acid of natural origin - rspn. RNA larifan. Larifan has a wide range of pharmacological actions - antiviral, immunomodulatory, and anti-inflammatory. Larifan has a wide range of antiviral actions. 

It is effective against herpes, papilloma, respiratory (including influenza) and other viruses. The main function of Larifan is to mobilize the body's natural defenses through immunomodulatory action. Provides anti-inflammatory action by enhancing the functional activity of neutrophils and activating phagocytosis. 

Enhances the natural protective forces of the oral mucosa and upper respiratory tract, " LARIFAN  SPRAY   0.02%" reduces the risk of infectious viruses entering the body through the mouth and upper respiratory tract.

Indictions: Used to reduce the risk of disease in respiratory viral infections (including influenza), pre-epidemic and epidemic periods. 

Especially recommended for people who have contact with the sick.  

Recommended for inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth and upper respiratory tract (stomatitis of various origins, wheezing, sore throat). 

Contraindications: Hypersensitivity to the components of the drug. 

Side effects:  No adverse side effects have been reported. 

Use during pregnancy and lactation:  As prescribed by a doctor. 

Special instructions:   The active ingredient larifan is subjected to lyophilized drying, resulting in the formation of a small precipitate at the bottom of the bottle. 0.9%  NaCl solution is intended for dilution of the active substance in the bottle before use. Open the plastic capsule and pour the contents into a glass bottle.  

Method of administration and dosage:  For the prevention of respiratory viral infections in healthy people, spray the diluted contents of the LARIFAN SPRAY  0.02% bottle deep into the mouth and/or nose 1-2 times a day, for contact with patients - 3-5 times a day. At the first symptoms of the disease - cough, closed airways, wheezing, muffled voice - spraying should be done 3-5 times a day for 2-4 days.   

Inflammation and pain in the mouth and throat 3-5 times a day.  

To ensure antiviral protection, the daily dose should not exceed 0.6 - 1.0 mg. The active ingredient is proportional to 1/3 of the contents of the diluted glass bottle.    

Overdose:   No clinical cases of overdose have been identified.  

Interaction with other medicinal products:  No visible interactions with other therapies were identified. 

Release form and composition:  The LARIFAN SPRAY  0.02% set includes an aerosol spray bottle and a capsule containing 0.9%  NaCl .   

Shelf life:  The shelf life of " LARIFAN SPRAY  0.02%" is 3 years.  

Do not use the drug after the expiration date. 

Storage conditions:  Lyophilized dried (undiluted) larvae are stored at room temperature. After dilution, store in the refrigerator at + 2 ° C - + 8 ° C for 3-4 days. Prolonged storage at this temperature may result in reduced activity. The unused solution can be frozen and stored at -18 ° C for a long period of time before the expiration date.
